The client purchased this duplex with the plans to convert it into a casual yet glamorous single-family beach house.

We decided on a mixture of casual and eclectic elements. Throughout the home we incorporated geometric tile, a rooftop deck with jacuzzi and bar, an outdoor pop-up TV, a swimming pool with lounging platforms, and small indoor bar with illuminated mirror backsplash.

The result is a family friendly beach house that easily transforms into a chic entertainment playground.
